General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

I. Introduction
This document outlines the Return Policy ("Policy") for merchandise purchased from BuyOrBorrow Music's store on Reverb.com. By purchasing from us, you, the customer, agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy.
II. Return Period
A. New Items: Customers may initiate a return of new, unused items within fourteen calendar days from the date of delivery.
B. Used Items: Customers may initiate a return of used items within three (3) calendar days from the date of delivery.
All return requests must be initiated within the timeframe specified above for each category of item. Once a return is approved, the product must be shipped back and received by the company within 7 business days of approval. Failure to return the product within 7 days will result in the return being denied.
III. Condition and Contents of Returned Items
All items must be returned in their original, resalable condition, with all original packaging and included components. Failure to comply with these requirements will make the return subject to the following restocking fees:
A. A fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee will be applied if:
A new item is returned in a condition that shows clear signs of use or if the original packaging is damaged or tarnished.
A used item is returned exhibiting additional wear beyond the condition it was in at the time of shipment.
B. A standard five percent (5%) restocking fee will be applied to any unit returned in its original condition.
C. No restocking fee will be applied if an item is returned due to being received in a condition materially different from what was advertised.
IV. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
V. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are excluded from return under this Policy:
A. Software
B. Items with damaged or missing contents or packaging
C. Items designated for personal use, such as earphones, headphones, microphones, instrument mouthpieces, harmonicas, or any other items that are personal in nature and unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
D. Items that are not typically stocked, including but not limited to "Special Orders," discontinued products, and items sold on close-out sales.
VI. Inspection of Orders
We strongly encourage customers to thoroughly inspect all items immediately upon receipt to ensure they are in proper working order and condition as advertised.
Reporting Shipping Damage or Operational Issues
If your item arrives damaged or you encounter operational issues, you must report the issue to us within 24 hours of the delivery date. To process a claim for damage that occurred during shipping, we require the following documentation from you:
-Clear photos and/or videos of the damaged product.
-A photo of the shipping label on the outside of the box.
-A photo of the shipping box itself to show any visible damage.
Failure to report the issue within 24 hours or to provide the necessary documentation may result in the claim being denied and will void any potential refund or exchange related to shipping damage.
VII. Modification of Return Policy
BuyOrBorrow Music reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
VIII. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which BuyOrBorrow Music holds its principal place of business, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Your acknowledgment and agreement to these terms are implicit in your act of purchasing items from BuyOrBorrow Music's store on Reverb.com. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, you are instructed not to proceed with your purchase.
