Adam-I-Echo Studio (formerly, "Brooklyn Guitar Works" [BGW]) specializes in all things Lefty, and "Off-Set". Other rare guitars have passed through here in droves as well, many of them being left-handed.
AIES also specializes in vintage effects pedals, rack units, and high-end studio gear.
What BGW is mainly known for is taking Left-Handed CIJ Fender "Surf Guitars", bringing them electronically to vintage spec or better, and giving them a setup in such a way that you would never dream of swapping out the stock bridge, or locking out the tailpiece for anything in the world. There's nothing wrong with the design, other than it's been given to too many people with too little patience to get everything just right. As a doctor, a sculptor, and an artist, I feel right at home tuning these things to perfection and passing them on to you.
So, if you are a fan of the Fender Jazzmaster, Jaguar, Mustang, Marauder (I, II, or III) Jag-Stang, Bass VI, Jazz Bass (or even a Mosrite Joe Maphis Model I for example), this is your shop.
Although we deal with mostly left-handed instruments, there is a possibility a right handed one might just make it's way through from time to time.
