Shipping Policy

I ship to all points in Canada. If your shipment is valued at CA$ 5000.00 or less, it ships insured by Canada Post; otherwise it ships insured by FedEx. If you do not pick up your unit from the carrier, the carrier will send the unit back to me. I will refund your purchase price on receipt of the unit safe & sound, but I do _NOT_ refund shipping charges.

All US & INTERNATIONAL destinations: I ship to almost all points across the planet. If your shipment is valued at CA$ 1000.00 or less, it ships insured by Canada Post; otherwise it ships insured by FedEx. All orders are shipped with insurance & tracking. Signatures are always required, so please be available.

ALL AMERICAN BUYERS: I provide export documentation required for clearing customs in your country. These documents include Packing List, Commercial Invoice, (USMCA) Certificate of Origin, & for acoustic guitars the "Plant and Plant Product Declaration Form". Please note that any item with an insured value over $US 800.00 is subject to a brokerage charge. PLEASE BE ADVISED: The consignee in the United States (you) must set up a FedEx Trade Networks brokerage account (it sounds way more complicated &/or impressive than it is). This account simply allows you to pay brokerage fees in advance of the shipment arriving & smooths out the import process. You will be required to complete a logistics form & a limited Power of Attorney (POA). Call FedEx at 1-800-249-2953 to proceed. If fees are not paid in advance, & FedEx cannot contact you & receive payment within 5 business days of receiving your shipment, it will send the unit back to me. I will refund your purchase price on receipt of the unit safe & sound, but I do _NOT_ refund shipping charges.

ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I provide export documentation required for clearing customs in your country. These documents include Packing List, Commercial Invoice, & (USMCA) Certificate of Origin. All import documentation & permissions are the buyer's responsibility, including CITES. Please be certain you have filed any paperwork required for CITES & have acquired the appropriate level of permissions for importing the item purchased (I think usually just proof of citizenship or residency, BUT PLEASE, YOU _MUST_ CHECK). If clearance has not been pre-approved or any additional import taxes or brokerage charges remain unpaid, the shipper will send the unit back to me. I will refund your purchase price on receipt of the unit safe & sound, but I do _NOT_ refund shipping nor any associated charges.
