General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
I offer a year warranty on my pedals. If the pedal stops working or there is an issue, send me a message so we can discuss what the pedal is doing. Having a conversation with you helps me troubleshoot the pedal while it's still in your possession, which can be a key factor in finding a solution.
After this, I'll ask you to send the pedal to me where I will repair or replace any faulty components free of charge, as the situation requires. Turn around time is mostly dependent on UPS etc - I usually have time to get to the pedals the night or night after it's delivered to my door. If I need to order a replacement component, I will communicate this to you so you know if there will be a delay.
Some people are harder on their gear than others. Because of the nature of this, I cannot offer a warranty on the finish, but I do everything I can to make them as durable as possible.
These terms are here so you can get a general idea of how I handle warranty work, but beyond that I try to make sure you're happy with your pedal. If anything ever goes wrong, even if it's something you may have caused, please send me a message and I will help you get your pedal working again.
