A 2000 graduate of the guitar repair program at Red Wing Technical College, I spent nearly 25 years doing instrument repair in Wichita, KS. For 19 years, I worked as a guitar and violin luthier for a well known family run music store. There, I worked on everything from inexpensive beginner guitars, to high-end new and vintage instruments. It was here I continued to hone my craft.
In 2020 I left to start Kneeland Guitar Works, and for five years I continued to work in Wichita, expanding my client base. In December 2025, my family moved to Oklahoma City, where I will continue operations.
Some of the instruments I list for sale here are from my personal collection. Most are consignments belonging to my customers. Anything listed (unless specified as “as-is”) has gone through a thorough inspection, and any known issues addressed. Any modifications or repairs (if any) will be clearly detailed. In other words, there should not be any surprises when you receive the instrument.
All listings will be setup and ready to go prior to listing. At your request, I can offer a custom setup for you to your specs. FREE. So please contact me with any special setup requests. Please keep in mind I may not have access to some sets of strings, so if possible provide a second choice.
