All items are purchase as-is and all questions must be asked before purchasing. There have been too many wavering buyers recently, and I will not accept any bullying by a customer due to "buyers remorse". This is not Guitar Center; you cannot buy and return at will here.

If by chance an item arrives damaged through transit or if a new item is defective, I will work with you to have the item shipped back for exchange for a new item if in stock (if none are in stock a refund will be granted) only after the item is received back (BUYER PAYS ALL SHIPPING COSTS TO RETURN SAID ITEMS) and the damage is deemed neither the seller's (us) or the buyer's (yours?) fault. If there is no damage, Reverb will be contacted to intervene and your claim will be denied by me. Bottom line: read your manuals and know what you are buying and how it is being applied to your rig. If you buy something that works fine but just "isn't for you", that is not my fault. Noisy pedal? If they are all noisy - not my fault. If you buy it, it is yours. Sell it if you don't like it. People do it ALL THE TIME. I'm not in the situation to "end out" pedals only to see my bank account go negative from someone else's trigger-happy purchase.
