General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Any item you wish to return must be returned to us in its original packaging within 48 of your receipt of it. BEFORE YOU RETURN ANY ITEM, please contact us to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Additionally, it should be noted that we try to be very fair and accurate with all of our descriptions. Therefore we ask that you please take the time and read each description in its entirety and with very careful consideration. If any of the information we provide is incorrect, or the item or merchandise itself is grossly misrepresented, you will receive a refund for the full purchase price, minus ANY shipping and handling charges. The buyer also agrees to return the item or merchandise at his/her own expense.
PLEASE NOTE that in cases involving lost or stolen credit cards, no money will be refunded unless we are contacted by the credit card company, or the item or merchandise itself is returned to us intact and in the condition it left us.
