All of our listed items are always in stock and ship promptly. We ship USPS Priority Mail on all pedals, pickups and electronics and UPS Ground on all Guitar and Amp orders.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
At Blue Raven Guitars, your satisfaction is our priority. We are happy to offer you a Two Day (48 hour) approval period on all orders (excludes all custom orders, demo models, new old stock, offer sales and b-stock items. All return arrangements must be made within 48 hours of receipt (upon receiving the order) and must be authorized by Blue Raven Guitars prior to return shipment. All refunds on approved returns will be made in-full, less the shipping costs (buyer pays both ways, this includes the original shipping cost to you, and your cost shipping back to us) and any or all applicable credit card fees. *Please know that the buyer is responsible for ensuring that all returns are fully insured with the carrier for the full amount of the original listed price of the item to be returned.* Please also understand that fully insured returns on amps and guitars can be costly. Returns, outside the 48 hour approval window are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee including payment of shipping both ways. All "Accepted Offer" based sales, clearance, demo, used, and NOS (new old stock) items are considered "Final Sale" and no refunds or returns are allowed on these items, please understand this when making an offer. Additionally, guitar pickups are not returnable once the buyer has installed them or cut or modified the lead wires in any way .
While we personally understand the excitement & desire to try out new gear, we kindly ask that you PLEASE DO NOT abuse our return policy as an opportunity to intentionally “buy, demo, rent and return” items. We are a small business and these type of premeditated “demo returns” make it harder for us to keep our doors open to you. While we understand that the big box mega millions stores don’t really care if you abuse their return policy, we politely ask that you do not use our store for such matters.
If the item you purchased is not functioning properly upon receiving it, the fastest and best course of action you can take is to contact the manufacturer directly for a faster return, replacement or repair of your item. This is the easiest, fastest and least costly course of action for everyone involved and has a much faster turn around time for the customer. If there is any product malfunction or if an item is not functioning at all outside of the 48 hour approval window, the product must be taken care of by the manufacturer directly. Please refer to the original product manufacturers website for instructions on how to proceed. All manufacturer warranties are fully the responsibility of the manufacturer and not Blue Raven Guitars. All warranty claims and questions must be referred to the original manufacturer. Thankfully, all of the brands we carry have a stellar reputation of exceptional customer service.
All orders must be returned in the condition they were originally shipped in, within 5 business days after return approval. If any of the above criteria is not met, Blue Raven Guitars reserves the right to refuse the return . All approved returns are handled on a case by case basis so if you have any issues or concerns you are welcome to contact us. Remeber that Reverb processes all of the returns and ultimately controls the return process.
While we do to accept offers on gear, we do not entertain lowball offers. Please understand that after seller fees and free shipping, we have a small window of profit to work with. We kindly ask you do not make "used price" offers on new gear, in most cases those offers are less than we originally paid for the product. We are in business to provide you with high quality gear that is worth theoriginal price of admission. We also cannot as a retailer, accept offers on items that are already discounted or on sale. We are here to provide the best products we can and make our customers happy, while still assuring we can keep our doors open to you. Thank you for your understanding.
**PAYMENT** Please pay for your purcahses in a timley and considerate manner. If you make a purchase or make an offer and accept an offer, remember to please pay promptly. If full payment is not recieved within 12 hours of sale or accepting the offer, the order will be cancelled and refunded. Remeber that you will still pay sales tax if you make an offer and the offer is accepted.
**We do not "sell direct" or "arrange sales" outside of Reverb, or outside of our own professional website. Sales Tax MUST and WILL be collected, either through Reverb or through our retail store front. We will not do any business outside that of a regular, legal business practice, all sales taxes must and will always be collected. Additionally, we will never "discount" or "further discount" an item to make up for the sales tax.
***All orders placed with us through Reverb MUST be paid in full within 12 hours of sale or the sale will be cancelled and the item will be relisted.***
All products listed are “Brand New in Box” unless otherwise noted as "Used, Vintage, Demo, NOS or B-Stock." We are a factory authorized dealer of the brands listed in our bio.
We do not accept offers on "Sale, Demo, Already Marked Down or Used" items. We accept REASONABLE OFFERS on "New" and "Vintage" gear only.
We cannot hold, reserve or accept deposits on any items for customers. Reverb works on a first come, first serve basis. If you are interested in a popular or in demand piece of gear you see on our Reverb page, our advice is to act fast or make the time availible to secure the purchase as quiclky as possible (just make sure you have the funds availible for the purchase, orders not paid within 12 hours will be cancelled and relisted)
We are not a "Full Service Luthier Shop" We do not perform custom guitar setups or offer changes in string gauges, mods or pickup swaps on any new or used guitars.
We can ship internationally if needed, please contact us prior to discuss shipping rates to your area. We will accommodate. Buyer pays all original international shipping costs and any incurred customs fees post sale. Please be advised current International shipping, customs rates and delivery times have gone up significantly in in the past year.
