Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Non-Returnable Items

- Tubes and Turntable Cartridges: Due to their fragility and single-use nature.
- Personal Items: Such as earphones, instrument mouthpieces, and harmonicas, for sanitary reasons.
- Control Vinyl: Once used, it cannot be considered new.
- Purchases that involved installments/financing payment methods: Payments done through Affirm, Shop Pay Installments, and other installments/financing methods are not subject to returns.
