All messages on Reverb will be checked during shop open hours which are Tue-Thurs 11am-6pm, Friday 10-4pm, and Sat: 10am -2pm. If we are not responding, please wait and we will get to you as soon as we can.
All items will be shipped quickly as possible. Our showroom is open. We also offer curbside pick up. All pick up orders please call ahead to schedule at a time to pick up safely. If you have any questions on any of the items, message us here on Reverb, Facebook, or email [email protected] .
We will try our best to respond as quickly as possible. If you would like to support our business, we do have gift certificates (can be used for repair, rental, gear purchase, and lessons ) and online music lessons on sale on our website.
Please refrain from sending us any offers if the instrument does not have an offer option on the listing. Most of our items are on consignment and we would have to talk to the owner on negotiating the price which often delays the purchasing process by several days
