Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy:
The products ship from San Clemente, California. Amps and guitars ship via FedEx, pedals, and accessories through USPS. All shipments are Signature Confirmation.
Also, available for local pickup from our retail store in San Clemente, California.
BlackandWhiteBlues.com will ship completed orders Monday-Friday. Orders placed and paid before 10:00 a.m. PST will ship that same day. All completed orders after the cutoff time will ship the following business day. BlackandWhiteBlues.com does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Return Policy:
Black and White Blues is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, you may return it to us, and you will receive a full refund of the original purchase price.
We have a 48 hour exchange period on all orders (excludes layaways and special orders).
Exchanges must be complete and in the original condition, original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (owner’s manual, warranty card, hang tags, etc.), show no signs of wear or use and include the Return Authorization Number provided by our sales associate.
Items which are not regularly stocked (special orders, oversized or overweight items, discontinued products, close-outs, used products, layaways, etc.) are not returnable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on exchanged items, both ways.
The shipping cost is not refundable, and existing cost of shipping applied to orders that qualify for Free Shipping promotion is deducted from final refund amount. Returns are processed once a week, usually within two days of receiving them.
Refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used for purchase. Please keep in mind that credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days to post on the account once the refund has been processed.
