We are dedicated to honesty and integrity when selling used and vintage gear. We pride ourselves in being 100% honest in our listings. We are a FULL SERVICE repair center, and a warranty center for many of your favorite brands.

Your instrument will be professionally packed with care and fully insured for a safe delivery. We take great pride in making sure gear arrives exactly as described—secure, snug, and ready to play. Due to customer feedback, our default shipping will be the cheapest option. If you prefer a specialized kind of shipping, PLEASE let us know before you pay. Orders placed after 5 PM EST will be shipped the following day. We cannot change anything on the label after purchase, per Reverb's policy.

Returns will only be accepted for any issues not disclosed in the original ad. Returns will not be accepted for reasons of personal preference such as tone, feel, or appearance. Please review the photos, description, and specifications carefully before purchasing. We document all serial numbers, pot codes, and any circuit board numbers to ensure we get our item back. All orders are expected to pay. If you back out of any agreed sale AT ANY POINT, you are subject to the 15% restocking fee plus return shipping(this includes accepted offers). We are not interested in retail to retail trades. Orders made after 5PM EST Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.
