General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Items with "free shipping" are subject to a refund minus our actual cost of shipping and a restocking fee of 15% or a 7.5% restocking fee for store credit/exchange. All items are expected to return safely, in original packaging, and without any sign of wear (e.g. rack rash, scratches, lost accessories, or modifications to instrument).
There are no returns on used or out-of-production items. But we will be happy to help with any questions before or after your purchase.
