BigMusicMan is a boutique guitar shop located in the center of Hong Kong. We are exclusive dealer of STR, K-Line and Melancon Guitar/Bass of China/Hong Kong/Taiwan. We also sell new and used gears and consultation of custom built guitar/bass.

Methods of Payment and Shipping

Payment method:

For Customer from China:

We accept Cash, Check, Bank Wire Transfer or 支付寶
For Customer from Hong Kong/International

We accept Bank Wire Transfer, Paypal, Cash and Check


Shipping Methods (Buyer pay shipping cost)

We will only ship the instruments once we have confirmed the final payment is cleared.

For Customer from China:

We ship via SF Express
Buyer can arrange their own shipping
For Customer from Hong Kong:

Local Pickup at our store or upon request
For International Customer:

We ship via Hong Kong Speedpost (3-5 days services)


Policies for Custom Order:

A non-Refundable deposit is required for all custom builds. All custom builds are final sale and will be shipped from our store.
Last minute changes of spec may not be accommodated.
Custom builds can take longer than quoted depends to the builders schedule, usually 12-16 weeks for Melancon/ 8-10 weeks for K-line. We will always keep you posted for any updates.
