Shipping Policy

It's my guarantee that I'll ship your purchase within three business days of cleared payment. 9 times out of 10 I will ship within 24 hours, but just to cover my own rear I don't *guarantee* this - but in most cases you'll have your item shipped by the next day.

For pedals and most items I ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Please note that my shipments DO require Signature Confirmation unless specifically requested otherwise. Remember that if you are unable to sign, you can always request that your local Post Office hold the item until you are able to pick it up. I do this to hopefully minimize incidents of fraud and/or theft. Again: unless you specifically request no signature required, you'll need to sign for your package.
Please note any other special shipping considerations at the time of purchase, too (apartment numbers, odd addresses, etc.) otherwise I will ship to whatever your default address in Reverb is.

For guitars, amps, and other larger items, I generally use UPS and depending on sale price will offer free or split shipping in most cases.
