General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Excellent condition is little to no scratches,dents,dings but obvious usage from the life span of the guitar without obvious mishandling or purposeful defects
Very good condition means : depending on the age of the guitar over ten years old light scratches as long as the finish is still intact and discoloration on the fret board and around the frets and will most likely have scuffs of the hardware from setups and string changes
Mint condition means no scratches dings or scuffs with plastic still intact and probably only played once very carefully or not played often
Good condition means there are obvious scratches, dents,and scratches but the guitar functions as normal
Fair condition means that guitar has various deep scratches finish cracks and dents and is in the need of a rebuild and obvious signs of misuse being banged around dropped ect ...
