Shipping Policy
Made to Order Timeline
We don’t do mass production or corporate filler. Every single guitar strap is built entirely by hand to order right at our workbench in the USA. Because we meticulously select our textiles, cut our heavyweight harness leather, and secure everything with 10 hand-peened solid copper rivets, quality takes time.
Production Lead Time: Please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to be meticulously crafted and finished before it ships.
Once your strap leaves the bench, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number so you can track it straight to your door.
Domestic Shipping Rates (United States)
We ship all domestic orders via reliable, tracked carriers to ensure your stage-ready gear arrives safely.
Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days once transit begins.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We build our gear like armor, and we expect it to arrive that way. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number so we can look into it and make it right.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Because our items are meticulously handcrafted to order right at our workbench, production begins specifically for your build slot. We stand behind the rugged durability and premium materials of our gear. To ensure your satisfaction while protecting our workshop pipeline, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Window: You must contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Item Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, items must be completely unused, unaltered, and in their original premium condition.
Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in transit back to our shop.
Original Condition Loss: If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, which will be deducted from the final refund.
Exchanges
We do not accept direct exchanges. Because our straps are custom made-to-order pieces, the cleanest and fastest route is to return your original item for a refund and place a fresh order for your preferred style or pattern on our storefront.
Damaged or Defective Gear
We build our gear like armor using thick heavyweight harness leather and solid copper rivets, engineering it to take a lifetime of abuse. In the rare event that an item arrives with a structural defect or workshop error, please reach out to us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
