Shipping Policy
A Note for International Buyers (Outside of Canada)
Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT), and brokerage fees when it arrives in your country. These charges are not included in the item price or my shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of you, the buyer.
Customs fees are determined by your country's government and are usually collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery. I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before making a purchase.
Refusal to pay these fees will not cancel your order. If you refuse a package, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost, any return shipping charges, and a restocking fee to cover any fees incurred by me. Your refund will be issued only after the item is safely returned to me.
Per Reverb's policy and international law, I must declare the full sold value of the item on all customs forms, and I cannot mark it as a "gift."
