Our journey through the Handpan universe started in 2007, when a group of musicians and drummers discovered the potentials of this powerful instrument. Since then, the passion for this unconventional music teamed with the mastery of skillful artisans, giving birth in 2016 to Battiloro Handpan.
Our process is entirely handmade in Italy, respecting the very nature of the Handpan, born as a labour of love. We decided to keep the production on a small artisan scale, in order to give each instrument the time needed to be sculpted, forged, tuned, polished and turned into a unique piece.
There is no other instrument like an Handpan: just as a tailor made dress, each relationship is unique. That’s why we suggest you, if you are in Rome, to take to chance to visit us and try a Battiloro Handpan yourself: we will be happy to welcome you and suggest the best instrument that suits your personal needs.
