Since 1978, Backstage Music has been serving musicians in North Mississippi and West Alabama. Our credo is simple: We won't sell anything we wouldn't own ourselves. We won't sell junk. We test drive everything we sell. We do setups as needed, and restring/setup used instruments before selling them. We've stayed in business for over 40 years by treating our customer like friends, and our friends like family.
Shipping Policy
We ship large items on UPS, smaller items on USPS.
We make replies to offers during regular business hours, which are 10-6 Central Time., Monday-Saturday.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 3 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Backstage will accept return items (new items) within 7 days of the delivery. Used items are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Returns accepted when we receive them in the same condition they were in when shipped. Restocking fee applies when new items are returned in other than new condition.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Buyer pays return shipping. Buyer pays any out-bound shipping costs that were not covered by the shipping amount charged at checkout.
When a 'free shipping" item is returned, the refund will be the amount of the sale less our shipping costs for outbound shipping.
Our shipping costs are what we actually pay the carrier (i.e., UPS, FedEx, or the postal service). We do not charge for handling, packaging, or any of that other stuff.
International shipping charges are not refundable.
