In most cases your order ships for $5.99 plus 50 cents per additional item via USPS Ground Advantage. IMPORTANT ---If you need your item ASAP, and require Priority or Express shipping, contact us BEFORE ordering and we will send you an "Offer" with the corrected shipping amount. We can't ship your $20.00 order via Priority or Express for $5.99, so don't ask.
We gladly combine shipping for multiple item purchases ordered within a reasonable amount of time provided your items haven't already shipped (we typically ship within a couple of hours for orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time). It's automatic for most items purchased at the same time.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THE "REQUEST A REFUND" BUTTON TO ASK FOR COMBINED SHIPPING. If we have shipped your order and you think we missed your combined shipping, simply send us a message.

You purchased several items in different orders and request an adjustment. We will refund the additional charges when we process the order as long as it hasn't been packed up and shipped.

*Reverb processes refunds by hand for now, so sometimes it takes a while for your refund to show up (sometimes it shows up immediately, go figure).

Your lower 48 order ships for $6.49 via USPS Ground Advantage for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item. IMPORTANT - If you require Priority or Express shipping, contact us before ordering and we will send you an "Offer" with the corrected shipping amount.

New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We will gladly refund your purchase price if you are not happy with your item. To request a refund the item must be returned in unused condition in the original packaging using a tracked shipping service. A refund will be issued once the item is returned and inspected. Buyer pays return shipping. No shipping costs will be refunded.
Items that have been used, or that have been soldered are not returnable.
Unless otherwise stated, all of are products are 100% Brand New and fully tested, both mechanically and electrically, before shipping.

Troubleshooting parts installs can be frustrating. Take a deep breath.
Supporting photos of all installation related issues are required.
If you attempt an install and it doesn't work as expected, take good close ups of the install and send them to us with a description of the issue you are seeing. We're here to help.
Don't uninstall before taking pictures and say "I took it out already".
Again, we are here to help.
Please contact us about your issue before opening a return. 99 times out of 100 there is a simple fix or something was overlooked.
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return. We'll work it out with you.
