** USA BUYERS ** - Right now we are using "FedEx International Connect Plus" and UPS for shipments going to the USA, so in most cases the duties will be prepaid by us and it is included in the shipping price.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES, TAXES OR TARIFFS OVER AND ABOVE THOSE THAT WE HAVE ALREADY PREPAID FOR YOU TO FEDEX or UPS.
Also please understand that we have no control over US Customs who may in some instances hold the item longer for clearance.
NO RETURNS ON ORDERS SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF CANADA.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Please note returns will be accepted from Canadian buyers ONLY, and only if the item is received not as described. Pre-orders and specially ordered items are not returnable and order cancellations will nor be permitted. Otherwise buyer is responsible for all shipping costs both ways, plus a minimum 15% restocking fee. Items purchased on sale or purchased with "best offer" are final sale and are not returnable.
