How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please send us a message. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).
Return Policy Details:
Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns initiated after 14 days will not be accepted.
Used items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returns initiated after 7 days will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging.
If an item is returned without an accessory, an additional charge will apply.
If the original packaging is missing, an additional charge will apply.
Out of Policy Returns:
Returns requested after the 14-day window may be accepted at the discretion of the seller. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Out of policy returns are only accepted at the discretion of the seller.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs; shipping fees are non-refundable.
Pre-Approval Terms: The terms will be explained to the customer before the return is accepted. If the terms are not accepted, the return request will be denied.
Restocking Fee:
All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15%.
If an item is returned in an open box condition or shows any signs of use, a restocking fee will be charged based on the item's condition:
25% (Open Box or Damaged Packaging)
30% (Minor Scratches)
50% (Moderate, Deep Scratches, Heavy Blemishes)
Please note, items with physical damage will not be accepted for return, and a refund will not be processed. The customer is responsible for return shipping of items with physical damage. If the item is not retrieved within 30 days, it will be disposed of accordingly.
If an item is returned in an open box condition or shows any signs of use, a restocking fee will be charged.
For all orders above $500, the minimum restocking fee is 25% of the purchase price, with a maximum of up to 50% of the purchase price.
Restocking Fee for Misrepresentation: If the customer misrepresents the condition of the item and returns it opened, a 50% restocking fee will be applied.
Defects:
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately so we can provide a pre-paid return label with additional instructions on returning your item(s). Please note that if you purchase a return label from the carrier yourself, we cannot reimburse you for the cost of return shipping.
