Authentic Guitars was established in 1993. We have a storefront located in beautiful, historic Williamsburg Virginia at 4809-1 Courthouse Street. We offer quality new, used, and vintage instruments--guitars, basses, mandolins, and more. Shipping Policy
We will ship to the Continental U.S. only.
All of our musical instruments come with a 48 hour approval period, which begins when the UPS or FedEx tracking database indicates that the shipment was received and or delivered. If a return is necessary, please call us for an authorization.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways if item is returned.
After the returned instrument is received, inspected, and is found to be in the same condition as it was originally shipped, a refund, minus shipping, will be promptly issued.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THE 48 HOUR APPROVAL PERIOD HAS ELAPSED

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
