It is a family-owned company, and one of the largest independent authorized Pro-Audio dealers in the New England region of the North East US, shipping to clients worldwide. Because we are an Authorized Dealer for all items we sell directly, any warranty, product support, software downloads, rebates or otherwise is valid with us. We specialize in Professional Audio equipment and carry a wide variety of electronic items, with a focus on computer recording solutions.

Customer service and shipping hours are Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm EST. We are not open during weekends or during major US holidays, with reduced availability during Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks.
