General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
I am extremely specific about the condition of everything I sell, and accommodate all reasonable requests for dimensions, extra pictures, and because of that I want all buyers to have peace of mind knowing exactly what they are purchasing from my shop.
If you decide a guitar isn't right for you out of preference however itg has arrived in the exact condition as described and shown in the packing video ( i film and test every guitar on camera as I'm packing it to protect myself as a seller ), you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This is non negotiable, I do not have the overhead or the means to take such losses as I am a one man operation with a child to take care of.
