"Ashen Amps" is the result of over 50 years of experience in amplification. With a never ending passion for the art and atheistic of sound, we've tirelessly hand built our own designed cabinets and amps in Southern Californiaas as well as added designer touch to well known popular brand products. We can re-wrap/re-finish your favorite old cabinet, fix amps, and provide sound equipment for local venues. We love creating the most beautiful and sophisticated guitar and bass cabinets you've ever seen just as you imagined it. Our standard shipping time is 3-5 business days after full payment has been received. We are happy to ship globally, however, for international shipping, please contact us before making the payment. Please note that the shipping price quoted only applies to shipping within the continental United States.

Merchandise Return Policy - No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Any returned product (and its parts) must be in original condition and packaged in the original packaging with all hardware and documentation (if any). For new items, return shipping must be paid by the buyer, shipped with prepaid freight, and insured via the carrier of your choice within 30 days of delivery. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. No returns will be accepted on installed items or beyond 30 days of original delivery. No shipping costs will be refunded (shipping costs will be withheld from the refund if the free shipping option is offered to the buyer).
We will not accept returns of items sold "As Is" unless we authorize the return and describe the terms and conditions.
Sometimes it happens that you receive your item with some issues; in that case, we can offer you a prepaid return of the item to us for repair and will ship it back to you in completely working condition at our expense. However, when we find that the item has signs of alteration or attempts of repair/modifications, then two-way shipping cost and repair cost will be the buyer's liability.
Correct usage of any equipment is the responsibility of the buyer and not ours. Sometimes we learn that the buyer complains about the equipment's performance because of a lack of knowledge about using the specific gear. If we accept the return of the item purchased from us and then find that the item is in good working condition, buyers are liable for two-way shipping of the item (return to our shop and then shipping back to the buyer again). We suggest buyers contact the product manufacturer for more information about its correct usage before submitting complaints and returning requests.
We provide our 3-year limited warranty on the items we built (warranty covers diagnosis of the problem and its repair and final testing, in some cases, it also covers replacement parts cost). In this case, the buyer is responsible only for the two-way shipping of the item for repair if there are any problems.
The buyer must contact us before disassembling the product or contacting any third-party technicians; otherwise, the warranty will be dimmed. Products that have been disassembled or serviced by unauthorized persons will lose our warranty. Products damaged during the unauthorized disassembly may be returned with our confirmation for a partial refund which is calculated after the damage is evaluated. Two-way shipping cost also will be withheld from the total refund amount.
Return of the custom-built products
Custom products built following the customer's specifications can be repaired or returned for a partial refund of 50% of the price. If the product doesn't work properly or has flaws, we can offer its repair to bring it to the proper working condition and ship it back to the customer at our expense. Otherwise, one can return it for a refund of 50% of its price, covering the materials and work invested during the custom product production.
