IMPORTANT STATEMENT TO READ FOR THOSE WHO WILL CONSIDER ANY PURCHASING:

The product presented in any ad of this shop is sold only after being thoroughly tested and having therefore passed the test positively under every single functional aspect. Each single component of the product has also been selected and tested both under the electrical aspect and under the mechanical / aesthetic aspect, before being chosen for installation.

For shipping, the product is adequately and scrupulously packaged, to avoid damage due to any mistreatment the package may suffer from third parties, in the period between shipping and delivery.

That being said, since the product is designed and manufactured for use by people with at least common sense, any failure of any component that you may complain about after delivery will be considered to be due to your own carelessness and fault. Anyway, even in this case, I will always remain at your disposal to advise you on how to possibly act to remedy the problem and be able to use the product correctly, if it will be still possible.

Shipping takes place exclusively by registered mail, so upon delivery you will necessarily have to sign to receive the product in your hands.

If I do not respond to your messages within two or three days, it means that I have already clearly stated what you asked me in the advert. Otherwise, I will be happy to respond as soon as possible.

In fact, my sales policy does not provide for any returns or refunds, at least on my part (the product is purchased by you “As-Described”).


ABOUT PURCHASE FEEDBACK: If after receiving your product, installing it, and testing it, you are completely satisfied with the service you received and the performance of the product, I would like to remind you that it would be good practice to take the disturb to leave a 5-star feedback for the seller (perhaps adding even a few lines of a review).
Likewise, it would be good practice, after the seller has received feedback from a customer, to take the time to leave your own feedback to inform the Reverb community about the customer's behavior shown during the transaction.
It is understandable that for a lot of possible reasons, including underestimating the importance of feedback to both the seller and the Reverb community, many customers neglect to leave feedback for their purchases.
So, in order to encourage this practice, this store is offering, to every customer who takes the time to leave a 5-star feedback (obviously if deemed as deserved), a 5% discount bonus on the next future purchase. Discount which increases to 10% if together with the 5 feedback stars has been also expressed a detailed written review.
Obviously, when you believe you are entitled to such a discount, please communicate it by a message BEFORE making the next purchase, so as to allow me to modify the original price of the listing (otherwise not subject to any discount).



ABOUT PICKUPS WAXING: I absolutely refuse to sell pickups whose coils I have not waxed. To do so I use a mixture of paraffin and beeswax (purchased from beekeepers in my area) in a 3/1 weight/weight ratio.
From the tests I carried out at the time, by omitting the waxing I did not notice any noteworthy sonic improvement contrary to what I found, instead, by modifying other construction factors. I encountered, instead, annoying squeal problems.
I do not even trust replacing the wax by giving greater tension to the enameled wire, when winding the coils, both because this method does not ensure 100% immunity from squeal triggering, and because a higher winding tension than normally necessary can make the coils subject to subsequent wire interruptions (in other words: faulty pickup, or totally KO).
So, please, don't ask me to produce for you any pickup which coil have been not waxed.
