Arkansas Musicworks is a full line retail music store located in Northwest Arkansas. We proudly provide quality items online while focusing locally on music education and local musicians. Our goal is to provide the lowest prices and the best customer service experience possible.
Shipping Policy
Items will ship out within one business day. If for some reason this timeframe will not be met, you will receive an email explaining the circumstances. We can combine shipping for multiple items on most of our products. Send us an email to receive a combined shipping quote, or simply purchase items, and we will send you a combined invoice.
Express shipping is available in most cases. Please email to receive a quote.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 30 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
• We will accept refunds or exchanges within 30 days of the receipt of the item. The item must be in original condition to receive a full refund. Also, packaging must be undamaged; otherwise a 15% repackaging fee will be imposed. We reserve the right to refuse returns in which the value of the item has been diminished in some way.
• Before returning an item, please contact us FIRST for shipping instructions and to receive a return authorization number. Items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted.
