About Shipping
We will ship your item by EMS which is one of international postal air service. EMS is a fast, safe and economical shipping way. Of course, your item is insured. After the item leaves Japan, it takes you 7-10 days to receive it. You can check where your item is on the EMS web site. We will tell you EMS item number (tracking number) after shipping.

*Living in the other countries, please ask beforehand and we will tell you the shipping cost to your country.
*Not using a hardshell case, we pack your item safely and tightly.
*As if your item will be broken, please show us photos of the item and the package at first.
*As if your item will be lost, we will provide new one soon after hearing the information from the post office.
