*We have an industry standard 2 day return policy on musical instruments. This means you have 48 hours after your musical instrument is confirmed as being delivered by shipping carriers to request a return.
If you decide not to keep an instrument please notify us as soon as possible. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging where applicable.
Accepted return requests must be carefully packed and shipped back to AntiquiTone by the next business day after being accepted for return. Your authorized return must be sent back in the shipping carton used to send it to you, insured for its full value, and returned using the same method and speed as it was shipped to you (example: overnight, 2 day, 3 day or ground).
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. If the cost of shipping was covered by AntiquiTone as a part of a sale agreement, the actual shipping cost both ways remains the buyer’s responsibility in the case of a return and will be deducted from its refunded price.
If the item is not returned in the same condition as when it was sent, media(photo and video) and repair fees may be assessed and deducted from its refunded price at AntiquiTone’s discretion.
Make sure to check the condition grade on each individual listing as some items may be sold “As Described” and are not eligible for a return.
