General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because most of our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds.
All SonalSystem products are sold “as is” with no warranty or refund privileges, unless the product is proven defective. If a product is defective, the end user must contact SonalSystem within 30 days after the time of purchase with defective claim to receive. No money will be refunded, however a new copy of the product will be sent to replace any defective product. Download, ISP, unreliable wifi connections, or installation problems, do not constitute a defective product, nor general tech support issues, such as, but not limited to CPU/Disk handling, hard drive speeds, and networks. SonalSystem maintains no responsibility for material that does not properly translate to formats not originally programmed in, offered in, intended for, or systems that do not meet the minimum published system requirements. In addition, technical issues relating to Shopify do not meet defective requirements and should be directed to Shopify support.
*Please note that under no circumstances will refunds be given and or links be regenerated for downloadable products due to unreliable wifi/ethernet connections on the users end. Almost all of our downloadable products are 1GB or larger. It is your responsibility to know what your connection is capable or more importantly not capable of.
*Shipping is not refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping return item(s). Return shipping labels are available to customers on a case by case basis and at the discretion of SonalSystem.
Email us [email protected] to request a return. You may be asked to confirm that you have uninstalled and have not made any copies of the software on the microSD. We may also ask you to sign an electronic Letter of Destruction as a condition of your return. Once the return is authorized you will be asked to ship the product back to us at:

In addition to regular return policy, please be aware that returned items could also be subject to import taxes and/or duties that will be the customers responsibility.
Limited WARRANTY
Physical products i.e. microSD cards are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for thirty (30) days from date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the correction of any such defect, or the replacement of any such defective item, provided that: (a) item(s) was/were purchased from an authorized SonalSystem distributor; (b) we are properly notified and consent to the return of the item(s) in question; (c) the item(s) is/are returned with proof of purchase date; and (d) it is found upon inspection by us that the item(s) is/are defective as noted above. This warranty does not cover labor costs, consequential damages, nor does it apply to any item(s) that have been improperly installed, overloaded, altered, or otherwise abused by the customer, its agent(s) or employee(s). Finishes are specifically excluded from the terms of this warranty since they are subject to environmental and maintenance damages beyond our control. Other than the described obligation, we assume no further liability with respect to the sale or use of our products. We make no warranty, expressed or implied, and disclaim any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
