We are a small group of Luthiers working in the Hudson Valley. We have been in the musical instrument business since 1971. We are a warranty repair facility for many guitar makers. We also have one of the largest collections of used guitars in the world with over 10,000 pieces in inventory at any time. Every instrument we sell is inspected, set up to factory specifications, and ready to either play or have a custom setup done.
Shipping Policy
We ship FedEx or USPS in the continental United States, free. Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses please add $40. International shipping is by USPS Priority Mail International, and international buyers pay all actual shipping costs plus any duty, fees, or taxes due.
We can only ship guitars to street addresses. A P.O. Box will not work due to the size of guitars.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
14 days money back, buyer pays all return shipping costs. We charge a 10% restocking fee on all returns.
Limited Warranty:
All instruments we sell on Reverb.com are warrantied, to our original Reverb.com purchaser, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 60 days from date of receipt. The purchaser is responsible for returning the instrument to us for service at their expense. We will send the instrument back to the original customer at our expense.
This warranty is limited to the defects stated above and specifically excludes; finishes, strings, setup, tone, cracks due to humidity change, damage from abuse, issues of normal wear, adjustments, or any other issue not directly resulting from defects in workmanship or materials.
