Alien Soundworks is specialized in synthesizers, electric guitars, and studio equipment. We are based in the heart of Tokyo, between Akihabara and Ochanomizu to provide you the best of music equipment from Japan. With our experience of 25 years, we always provide the best services. We are musicians and we love to serve other musicians too. Our shop runs from local and international people. We speak and support our clients in English, Japanese, French, Dutch and Chinese language.
We repair and do the maintenance for vintage and modern musical instruments including analog/digital synthesizers, electric guitars and studio equipment in our workshop in Tokyo.
Shipping Policy
We will ship with tracking to the listed regions. To negotiate shipping rates to other locations, please send us a message.
Buyer is responsible for any import customs fees, please check in advance with your local customs office.
In case of return of an item buyer is responsible to pay the returning fees.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 3 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
In most of the cases (unless is written in the item description) about old, used and vintage equipment we cannot provide warranty but we never had experienced with any kind of faults with the stuff we sold. ALL of the music equipment we're selling are always fully checked or serviced by our technicians.
