AERO Instrument designs and manufactures all its products. We are not an importer. We focus on artful design and high quality workmanship. We listen to our customers, and to the best of our ability, advise and educate them.
Please consider, before you purchase, that Aero has a NO REFUND, NO RETURN policy. Aero warranties its products against production defects, and will repair or replace them at our discretion. The customer must return the potential warranty item to Aero at their freight costs, before Aero will consider a warranty. If the repair is accepted as a warranty, then Aero pays the freight costs back to the customer.
Pickup products are warrantied for 1 year.
dBuz products are warrantied for 6 months.

Shipping Policy
Aero ships, with tracking, to the all listed regions, within 3 to 5 complete business days. Business days include Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, but do NOT include Saturday, Sunday, USA National Holidays, or the day the order was received by Aero. Our only freight carrier is USPS.
