Shipping Policy
Shipping is processed and handled within 2 business days and orders placed before 1pm CST are usually shipped within 24 hours.
We ship via FedEx unless you state otherwise - The fixed rate is shown in the listing and covers not only the shipping value, but also the packing materials used to ensure safe delivery.
Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will be subject to a handling fee - Please contact us for information
We ship to APO & FPO addresses, but please contact us for a fair quote
International shipping will be through the Global Shipping Program and will be subject to ALL duties and taxes imposed in your own country, which ARE NOT included in our fees, so please be aware of this when purchasing. Also please be aware that this process may be delayed in customs, but we have never had any international shipments go missing.

New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We want you to LOVE the items you purchase as much as we loved having them here! You have 14 days to initiate a return, so you have time to really check it out - Please contact us with all issues, so that we have a chance to possibly resolve something simple quickly, or at least then know to expect it.
All items must be returned in the same condition that we shipped it to you
Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping, unless we've discussed an alternative. However, if an item is defective, we will provide a return label for you via email to alleviate this unforeseen cost
Non-defective returns will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee
Import duty, taxes ot additional charges in connection with international shipping are your responsibility - those refunds do not come from us
Please allow up to 5 business days to process returns, refunds, or replacements
