Shipping Policy
We normally ship via Priority Mail for the rates stated in our auctions. We do not ship outside the United States of America at the rate listed in our description. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you are an intl. buyer for a shipping quote. 'We will accommodate other shipping options at your request and additional cost.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We test EVERYTHING before we ship it out, so returns are not a common thing for us, but..... We will accept returns for defective products ONLY.
You must notify us within 72 hours of receipt with an explanation of the problem that you are experiencing, and we will respond with the options available for a repair or refund. We believe that you wouldn't have purchased a product if you didn't want it, so we would like the opportunity to avoid the hassle of a return at your expense, by troubleshooting the issue before that happens.
if the item you purchased from us was damaged in shipping, then that would be an insurance claim with the shipper and we will help you as much as we can. If the item is defective not as a result of shipping, then we will be happy to refund your money minus the original shipping charges and return shipping costs.
