Shipping Policy

Ace Drums ships on Mondays and Thursdays after payment clears. Orders received/paid on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays get taken to UPS on Thursdays. Orders received/paid on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays get taken to UPS on Mondays.

Local pickup allowed, but FL tax of 7% will be applied. Shipping will be paid at time of sale, then refund the difference via Reverb payments less the sales tax applied to purchase price only. (Example $100 snare drum plus $30 s/h = $130 paid to Ace Drums = refund of $23 applied after pickup of item.)

We combine shipping to save you money IF the items can be combined and shipped safely. All shipping will be paid on each item at time of sale - we will then calculate the shipping via Reverb Shipping and refund you the difference via Reverb payments.

SHIPPING NOTES
-At this time, we only ship to contiguous 48 United States without a premium.
-All shipping labels will be purchased via Reverb.
WHY? -> Reverb Shipping offers a shipping protection to protect both the buyer and the seller. Musical instruments are often fragile and often valuable. It’s a small price to pay for peace of mind protection on both ends of the agreement.
-MOST items will be shipped UPS Ground, generally 7-10 days transit time.
WHY? -> We have found UPS Ground to be the most economical shipping based on where we are located in Southwest Florida. Sometimes a small package going to a nearby state might be sent via USPS or FedEx. IF you want your item faster than UPS Ground affords, you must contact Ace Drums and request shipping upgrade so we may calculate a faster shipping.
-If you have purchased an item with “FREE” shipping you must accept that we will ship FREE to only the contiguous 48 United States via the most economical carrier and you will be asked to pay any difference when requesting faster shipping. Any other US state or property (including but not limited to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and any other not expressly listed) is not included in where we ship.

FAQ’s
Q: – Can I pick up my item in person and pay your store when I get there?
A: – Yes, BUT, the item will remain listed on Reverb until you purchase it. OR you may call the store and put a 50% deposit down at which time we will remove the listing from Reverb. We will not “hold” any item without the deposit AND remove its listing. If you choose to pay in person at our physical store then you will be charged 7% Florida Sales Tax as well as a 3.5% premium for Reverb facilitating the transaction.

Q – Why do I have to pay full shipping up front and then get refunded if I choose to pick up in person?
A – In our experience people buyers who want to pick up the item in person often change their minds and we then have to create shipping, get payment info over the phone, etc.

Q – Why do I have to pay Sales Tax if I pick it up in person?
A – Tallahassee says so!

Q – Why do I have to pay Sales Tax if I live in Florida and have it shipped to a Florida address?
A – Tallahassee says so!

Q: – Do you ship overseas or to Canada?
A: – Reverb has improved it's shipping options to foreign countries. Please feel free to ask about shipping to your county. We will create custom shipping to your country if requested.
