3rd Street Music is the home for everything groovy in Hamilton, Ohio. Our shop is home to new, used, and vintage instruments and gear. 3rd Street Music features a professional recording studio, lesson studios, and an outdoor rooftop stage overlooking our lawn.

Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Shipping Policy
3rd Street Music finds value in reliable, safe, and when possible, sustainable shipping. Orders are guaranteed to ship within three business days of purchase and subject to carrier availability. Items are shipped via USPS, UPS and FedEx, and will arrive within 3-5 business days of carrier pick-up. If you need to expedite shipping, please contact us at 513-737-1900 and we can arrange a quicker shipment (additional costs may apply).
Packing
We pack all of our orders- from the smallest effects pedals to the largest guitars- thoroughly to ensure safety throughout its journey. When we can, we reuse and recycle boxes and packing materials.
Insurance
For all Reverb purchases, we use Reverb’s Safe Shipping service in case anything is to go wrong during shipping. They will assist in resolving issues caused by lost or damaged packages.
For Non-Reverb purchases, carrier insurance will be applied.
Packages can be sent without insurance upon request, however any purchase made without insurance is non-refundable.

In ANY return case, we use Reverb’s recommended return window- that’s 7 days on used and vintage items, and 14 days for new items, starting on the date of delivery.
In the event an item is lost, damaged, or otherwise does not show up as described, please contact us via Reverb or phone (513-737-1900). We will provide you with a return label and full refund.
If the item is returned for any reason other than stated above, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. NOTE- If the purchase is made on Reverb, their support department can make you a return shipping label, which will be more cost effective than purchasing directly from the carrier.
