Shipping Policy
We ship with tracking to the listed regions. If you would like to negotiate shipping rates to other locations, please send us a message.
The buyer is responsible for all import duties, including customs fees, taxes, and other charges. Please check with your local customs office in advance before purchasing an item.
In the case of a return, the buyer is responsible for both the return shipping fees and the original shipping fees. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
Customers in the United States are kindly asked to inform us in advance if they have a FedEx account.
Most shipments require a signature upon delivery, and the buyer is responsible for receiving the shipment.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
In most cases (unless otherwise stated in the item description), we cannot provide a warranty for old, used, DIY, or vintage equipment. In the event of a malfunction, please inform us within three (3) days of receiving your item, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. All music equipment we sell is thoroughly tested prior to shipment and is shipped insured, or serviced by our technician when necessary.
In the unfortunate event of damage during shipping, we will file a claim with the shipping company within three (3) days of receiving the package.
