We usually ship US Postal standard/parcel shipping, always w/ insurance and always w/tracking. International shipments are usually via US Postal Priority Mail International, and these shipments incur extra charges - please contact us for a quote on international shipping.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Instruments may be returned for full refund in instances where damaged during shipping or arrives not as described. Buyer must contact us w/i 3 days of delivery. Refund of original transaction price will be issued w/i 7 calendar days of returned item being received on our end. After payment is received, horn ships w/i 4-5 business days of payment receipt, which allows us to drop off at an outside tech for one last recheck before packing.
