We are a small, family owned business that wants to earn your business by selling quality products at reasonable prices. I am a life long musician, starting with the clarinet in elementary school. I have played in jazz bands, rock bands and marching bands. For the past twenty years I have been a successful engineer, but as I get closer to my retirement I am getting back to something that I enjoy (with less of a commute). Shipping Policy
We use USPS, FedEx and UPS. We try to find the lowest price shipping available. If you purchase multiple items, we will ship them together, if possible; to reduce your shipping cost.
On some items, we will offer free shipping and will indicate that on the listing. Free shipping is only applicable to the 48 continental states.
Shipping charges to Hawaii and Alaska will be calculated based on size, weight and destination of the item. We will provide an estimate when requested.
International shipping will be calculated based on size, weight and destination. Some woods cannot be exported so please check before ordering.

Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.

Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
On new items, we will accept returns within 14 days.
On refurbished items, we will accept returns within 7 days.
Used items are sold "As Is" and are marked accordingly.
You must contact us to make a return within the stated number of days. No returns will be accepted after that time. Please contact us if you have any questions on this policy.
