This 1967 Ludwig Downbeat in Silver sparkle was owned and played by Indiana Drummer Gary Brewer and I acquired it through the family after his untimely passing in 2017. Gary was the original owner of this kit. The kit is well maintained with no pitting on the chrome, all original hardware good bearing edges, and no gaps or bubbles in any of the wraps. Original Tom mount is intact as well as floor tom legs, and all lugs are all original. Wrap does show marks of use and the ride tom does have a piece of mole hair pad applied to it to prevent damage from the mounting hardware. Drums have the white painted inner shell with date stamps of Nov 29, 1967. Gary also hand wrote his phone number and name in pencil inside each drum in case they were ever lost or stolen. pictures show hardware as well as finish and badges with verified 1967 serials from all three drums.
