We had a chance to stop by the Reverend booth to take a look at what the company is planning to release this year. Ken showed us the brand new 10th anniversary Pete Anderson PA-1 hollowbody that commemorates the long relationship with a special 2008-2018 inlay on the 21st fret.
Ken also showed us the BC-1 Billy Corgan model, including an iteration that is built to be perfectly in G standard. Since Corgan often uses a third-fret capo, he was looking for a model that was specifically set up and built and for G, so Reverend made one and finished it in a brand new color to the series: Deep Sea Blue.
Finally, Ken brought out the new Airsonic—a large, solidbody guitar with thin wings. The center block is for all of the initial attack and sustain, while the wings (with large f-holes on each side) resonate freely, emulating the sound of a hollowbodied guitar.
