For those of us who have been waiting with bated breath since 1991 for the next bodacious installment of the Bill & Ted saga, last weekend was a pretty exciting one.
The series' new sequel, Bill & Ted Face the Music, isn’t slated for theatrical release until next year, but New Orleans band MoJEAUX posted some shots to their Instagram page over the weekend of what appears to be a filming location for the production, giving the world a sneak preview of the incredible shreddable that might be gracing screens in 2020.
The sparkling silver Charvel San Dimas—pictured above with Alex Winter, Keanu Reeves, and the NOLA-based guitarist of MoJEAUX—is certainly a stunner. But will it help Wyld Stallyns crank out the hit song that’s going to save the world? Only time can tell.
As described by Robert Pasbani over at Metal Injection, "It's no coincidence that the characters of Bill & Ted are from the California town of San Dimas."
