The Meinl 14" Byzance Dark Spectrum Hi-Hat captures the darker, earthier section of the tonal spectrum through a combination of a heavy top and bottom hat, grooved lip, and striped abraded lathing which imparts a distinctive look and sound. Producing a defined chick and pronounced open wash, this pairing was developed in tandem with Rodney Holmes and sits atop even loud mixes.
