here is a rare shell direct from Gretsch through the family archives auction in beverly hills CA - vintage Gretsch jasper shell square badge 14”x14” floor tom drum shell in excellent condition, was a factory mis-drill (note attached to shell). plug the holes and it will be great! or u can cut it down to a snare shell, many options!
