2. Additional and International Fees
There may be additional fees included in the use of the platform depending on the services you use. They may include:
- Fees that apply to sellers using Reverb Payments:
- Reverb Payment Fees - $0.25 plus 2.7% of the transaction total. For Reverb Preferred Sellers, the fee is $0.25 plus 2.5% of the transaction total. See below for differences in currencies.
- Currency Conversion - If you choose to list your item in a different currency than you receive your Reverb Payments, a 2.5% currency conversion fee will be assessed on the subtotal of your payout, after your regular transaction fees.
- Cross-Border Fee - 1% of the transaction total if the buyer and seller live in different countries (excluding the European Economic Area).
- Fees that apply to sellers using PayPal only - If you do not use Reverb Payments and instead accept payments only by PayPal, there is no Reverb Payments fee. PayPal fees will be determined by PayPal based on your account and nature of the transaction. You can read more about fees associated with PayPal here.
- Reverb Safe Shipping - 1.5%-3% depending on the value of the item and the final shipping destination. Reverb Safe Shipping is purchased with a Reverb Label after your item sells. Read more about Safe Shipping here.
- Cancelations: Reverb Payment fees will be refunded for up to and including five (5) seller-initiated canceled and fully refunded orders per month only. Reverb Payment fees will not be refunded for additional seller-initiated canceled and fully refunded orders. For orders above the 5 monthly threshold, Reverb Payment fees will be refunded and recharged via your monthly statement in the following month.

3. Billing of Fees and Statements
At the beginning of the month, each seller is emailed an invoice detailing the amount due. A seller must pay the amount due in full within 15 days of the date of the invoice. If you are a Reverb Payments user your fees will be deducted from your payout(s) rather than billed on the first of the month. If you use Reverb Payments and you receive a statement credit in a particular month, your seller fees may not be deducted from your pay out and, instead, will be deducted from your credited statement.
All sellers listing items in currencies of CAD, GBP and EUR, will also receive their invoices in those same currencies. Additionally, if you use Reverb Payments and list in currencies of CAD, GBP and EUR, your fees will be deducted in those same currencies.
4. Change In Services
Reverb may, at Reverb's sole discretion, change or terminate some or all of Reverb's services at any time. In the event Reverb introduces a new service, the fees for that service are effective at the launch of the service unless otherwise notified to you.
5. Additional Information
Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD). In certain situations, including but not limited to a void or invalid transaction and returns, Reverb may issue a credit for the applicable fees to a seller's billing statement. You are responsible for paying all fees and shipping fees based on accurate weights and measurements and applicable taxes associated with using Reverb. Reverb allows sellers to indicate applicable tax jurisdictions which will be collected from buyers through Reverb at point of sale. Reverb keeps accepted payment information on file.
6. Reverb Bump
Reverb provides a method of promoting your listing(s) on the platform, and it's called Reverb Bump. Reverb Bump allows you to bid a percentage of your final sale price to compete with other sellers for premium placement of your item(s) on the platform. Reverb charges for these services in a manner explained below. By purchasing Reverb Bump, you consent in advance to these charges to the fullest extent permissible by law.
When you purchase Reverb Bump, you bid a percentage of an item's total sale price. The rate you set and your listing’s quality will determine its placement at the top of Reverb’s best-performing pages, including the Comparative Shopping Page. If your listing does not sell, you will not be charged a fee. Please note, if your listing does sell, the Reverb Bump fee will be charged in addition to the fees under this Billing Policy.By using Reverb Bump, you consent to the deduction of Reverb Bump fees from the proceeds of promoted items.
