Near perfect condition. Minor pick scuffs and buckle rash that can easily be taken out.
This is one of the rare FB-5s that were built in the Willmington, MA factory during the Ken Parker era between 2002 and early 2003. They made less than 60 basses during the time Ken owned the company. Production on the FB5 started first in October of 2002, This one was made in March of 2003. Any made after June of 2003 were made by USM and not in MA. This is considered a pre-refined Parker.
I bought this on a whim about 6 months (GC online) ago because I wanted to see one in person as I collect, repair, and resell Parkers only and have never had a chance to see one of these in person. It is beautiful! And is in near perfect condition. Once I realized it was a pre refined, I decided to hold onto it... But I only play guitar so this is too much for me and just sits there looking pretty.
I will try and make a video of this as I always due with my listings, but feel free to ask any questions.
The other ones listes currently are in very poor condition and are refined era models made by USM.
This is a collector quality bass.
