Built with all-solid tonewoods, it pairs a solid Sitka spruce top with solid mahogany back and sides for a rich, resonant sound that works equally well for strumming, flatpicking, and fingerstyle playing. The mahogany neck features a comfortable Rounded C profile, while the Indian laurel fingerboard, bone nut and saddle, and vintage-style tuners complement its traditional construction.

For amplified performance, the J-45 is equipped with a Fishman Sonicore undersaddle pickup and Fishman Sonitone preamp with discreet soundhole-mounted volume and tone controls. Finished in an Aged Vintage Sunburst gloss with classic J-45 appointments, this Inspired by Gibson model combines vintage-inspired looks and tone with modern performance versatility.
